We are a leading US-based manufacturer specializing in LED lighting solutions for commercial applications. We are seeking a Remote Sales Representative based in Lat-Am to expand our presence in the US market. The ideal candidate must have experience in non-IT product sales, B2B sales, and a proven ability to handle the end-to-end sales cycle.
This role involves cold calling, lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals with distributors, contractors, and end-users in the US. Proficiency in CRM tools and fluent English communication (mandatory) is required.
Role & responsibilities
· Prospect & Cold Call: Identify and connect with potential customers in the US market through outbound calls and emails.
· Sales Pipeline Management: Follow up on leads, maintain relationships, and drive deals through the sales funnel.
· CRM Utilization: Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
· End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing the deal.
· Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Lighting products to effectively present solutions to customers.
· Negotiation & Closing: Engage with decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
· Customer Support & Follow-ups: Ensure excellent post-sales service and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2+ years of experience in non-IT B2B product sales (preferably lighting, industrial equipment, or related fields).
Experience selling to the US market is a must.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Fluent in English (MUST) excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong cold-calling skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
Comfortable working US business hours (EST time zones).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling LED lighting, electrical products, or industrial goods.
Familiarity with B2B distributor networks and contractor sales in the US.
Understanding of US business culture and market dynamics.
