There are two interviews before the decision, the first of which I’ve partaken in. The first is a phone interview with the store manager, the next one from what I understand would be a face-to-face one. The phone interview was a series of questions, and then you would have the opportunity to ask your own as well. The interviewer was friendly and warm. At the end of the conversation, I was informed that I will hear from them about whether I get to the second interview (paraphrased) in the following week.
