Teachers use data to drive instruction. They look at benchmark test data and other assessments and plan for students instructional needs based on their findings. They reteach misconceptions from how students answered from on assessments. Students create goals for their learning and it's posted in the classroom. You can also have graphs of student growth and data charts for students to reflect on. Data driven classrooms individualize instructional needs of students; mastery of TEKS the student who is having problems with is evidenced in lesson plans or elsewhere.
