This Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the women who make AAA Life a great place to work. Our Professional Women Associate Resource Group supports women across the company through monthly gatherings focused on personal and professional growth. Topics range from budgeting and virtual networking to work-life balance, creating opportunities for associates to learn from and support one another. This month, members will be wearing purple at our next meeting in recognition of Women’s History Month while continuing to host activities that help us connect and grow together.
As we recognize the 100th anniversary of Black History Month, AAA Life is honoring the significant contributions of the Black community through meaningful, colleague-led engagement. Our African American Associate Resource Group has organized guided conversations, a soul food celebration, and a shared playlist highlighting Black musical artists to bring colleagues together. Organized by our Pride Associate Resource Group, the parade reflects our company’s ongoing commitment to authenticity and belonging. A group of AAA Life team members laced up for the American Council of Life Insurers - ACLI Capital Challenge in Washington, D.C. last week, in support of Junior Achievement USA. The three-mile race through Anacostia Park raised $225,000 that will go toward preparing young people for success through financial literacy and education programs. Our AAA Life team not only finished the race but also helped fuel a great cause, and one closely aligned to our own company goal of helping families ensure financial security. Thank you to our incredible AAA Life runners for stepping up and representing our company at the ACLI Capital Challenge!
