Trabajé en Sprint en medio tiempo (Más de un año)
Though I enjoyed my time in the Sprint Corporation, all good things must come to an end. Plain and simple the company culture of making money and high volume sales feels like if you are living a Wolf of Wall St. moment almost every day. I worked at 2 different stores and out of all of the jobs i have worked, i can honestly say that sprint manager have been the best. Since the stores are small, you build a tight relationship with your co workers and managers. They are flexible where and when they can, but expect you to do your job. If ever you need help, they are more than willing to help you perfect your sales pitch to wow your next customer.
The only cons that i can identify are that they dont have great benefits for students. they only offer 2500 in tuition assistance a year, which is not a whole lot. Other benefits are ok.
The other bad side is that i worked on sales. Commission was great, but escalations with customers sucked. Sometimes reps would make false or empty promises and typically they just dumped on who ever they saw on their next visit. And it was up to you to fix it.
Recomendaciones para el equipo directivo
There was a lot of commission fraud where one rep would return merchandise for one rep and resell it under their name. BEST KEEP AN EYE OUT PEOPLE!
