We have a fair amount of training allowance per year, that I could use to certify 6/7/8 Java SE (OCA), and still might have some left to cover part of the second Java certification (OCP). We have a gym allowance that will cover a great dill of the any gym we want to go. We have a book allowance that I'd used to buy related-to-work books (mostly Java books for certifications). They have a Health Insurance with Family Plan (that means that the employee doesn't have to pay apart for each member of their family).
I think, the best benefit are flexible hours (depending on the project) and working from home.

The best things are flexible working hours, book and training allowance, health insurance for the whole family, yearly bonus and sometimes, extra bonus based on company profits.
Although you are able to take some time off it would be better to have 3 weeks as minimum holiday for everyone.
They let you pick a pretty decent health insurance and even thought they are not so good you also have child care allowance, gym allowance, book allowance and training allowance.
