Good pay, overtime opportunities, fast pace environment
Desventajas
The overall Plant Management, Superintendents and Supervisors as a whole are cliquish (Good ole' boys club), Supervisors lack people and leadership skill, no work-life balance, Plant manager comes off very "hands off" but like to delegate, delegate, delegate!
