The Disney Name; the Comp Tickets; the Discount. If you don't have kids yet, working for Disney and being exposed to kids all day is the perfect birth control!

    Desventajas

Terrible pay; lowest ever; especially for what is expected of you. You are basically a babysitter in a day care center all day. The noise is unbelievable sometimes; you have to engage all the children who come into the store in some sort of conversation; you have to clean up after the kids mess - food and merchandise (the store is like their giant playroom where they never have to clean up!), not to mention cleaning up after the adults (more than half of which don't even speak English); and of course again the constant screaming as if they were shopping outside! (This is adults and kids alike.)

    Ventajas

self admission to parks around the world and discounts on park merchandise Good trainers Get paid to walk to your car after your shift is over

    Desventajas

Bad pay (fast food jobs make more) and high expectations when the company can afford to pay more Covid precautions taken away and many cast members feel unsafe Management often blame cast members for incidents when it’s out of their control Park guests are entitled Long hours during summer months and holidays Work holidays No hazard pay for cast members where there should be due to hazardous working conditions Often feel unappreciated by the company and just like another number in their roster of employees They put the needs and safety of the guests first before consulting cast members on what is best for the operation.
