Company Benefits are REALLY nice and you'll likely be more than fairly compensated for the work that you do. Dell does a great job rewarding and promoting the well being of it's workforce. Fair bit of flexibility in a lot of roles to work remotely. Meaning that you'll be able to potentially do working vacations or take a hour out of your day here and here there if you need to take care of personal matters. Lots of interesting work in data analysis and pushing new ways of looking at data and customers. There is also a fair bit of opportunity to move up the ladder if you're in the right situation.
Desventajas
The executive team seems to have a clear vision of what they want to do with the company; but Senior VP, and VP level leadership do a pretty poor job of turning in clear, actionable, and achievable goals. This can lead to poor middle management, It'll depend on your team a lot, but there is a fair bit of a "pull up the ladder" and "jockeying" mentality with leadership (especially in the non-technical side). Lastly, to make matters worse, HR and management can be lacking at times so you may end up in roles where you're not really in a position to succeed and you'll basically be left in the lurch of a big corporate job.
