    Ventajas

    I became friends with some of my coworkers.

    Desventajas

    The pay is really terrible. There is no raises or room for promotions. Even though they say they’re flexible it’s a big LIE. They give you the days, hours and you can’t argue with them. You come in when your suppose to rather you like it or not. Also, some of the employees that were hired were terrible. At my store we hired people that caused problems or were liabilities. Some that were physically disabled they couldn’t do the job without help. I’m for hiring people with disabilities but only of they can do the job physically. One time we hired a drug addict and when I tried to tell my supervisor that we can’t have her here because she could cause problems with employees and customers. She ignored me. I heard she was finally fired after she got into a verbal altercation with an employee.
