Cultura de colaboración que se cumple en todas y cada una de las interacciones laborales. El equipo de Technical Writing es un grupo excepcional, no solo por la calidad profesional de los miembros sino por la buena energía. Cero micromanaging, líderes positivos, que buscan enseñar con cada observación. Objetivos claros. Herramientas para aprender rápido, sumar valor, tomar nuevos desafíos. Plena confianza en el talento de los miembros. Cada empleados elige cómo trabajar, es una cultura de trabajo autónomo pero –insisto– de colaboración. Excelentes oficinas (trabajo remoto con la posibilidad y muy pocas veces la "necesidad" de ir).
Desventajas
Solo diría que los salarios no son de los más competitivos para un trabajo full time.

I have worked a lot of places in my professional career. I have NEVER worked for a company more invested in my training, my success, my overall happiness. This company is the real deal. If any says anything else, something is wrong with them. And don’t let me forget that they are invested in their clients’ satisfaction more than anything.

Not a lot of employees in the US is the only con.
