I have worked a lot of places in my professional career. I have NEVER worked for a company more invested in my training, my success, my overall happiness. This company is the real deal. If any says anything else, something is wrong with them. And don’t let me forget that they are invested in their clients’ satisfaction more than anything.

Not a lot of employees in the US is the only con.

The company truly developed a culture that is very unique, where you can be 100% autonomous and still be part of a team
Desventajas
Its a very complex mind change to join this typoe of organizations. So be sure you have enought resourcers (emotional and knowledge) to facilitate your transition.
