Muy buen sueldo y beneficios. Excelente oficina (aunque ahora el trabajo es 100% virtual por la pandemia). Hay muchas posibilidades de crecimiento y rotación horizontal. La cultura de trabajo es dinámica, amigable y con mucho trabajo en equipo (interdisciplinariedad). Se trabaja con compañías de todo el mundo teniendo oportunidades de conocer distintas personas, organizaciones y de distintos rubros.
Desventajas
No hay algo realmente negativo. Podria decirse que los primeros meses son muy intensos porque se requiere aprender muy rápido sobre un producto propio (difícil tener conocimiento previo) para participar de proyectos con éxito. La carga laboral es alta.

Ventajas
I have worked a lot of places in my professional career. I have NEVER worked for a company more invested in my training, my success, my overall happiness. This company is the real deal. If any says anything else, something is wrong with them. And don’t let me forget that they are invested in their clients’ satisfaction more than anything.
Desventajas
Not a lot of employees in the US is the only con.
