Very friendly. Thorough with fine details of lean initiatives. Detailed questions of work history and projects I had worked on. Questions about my projects and my accomplishments. Asked questions about situations and how I handled them step by step. Spent time with different Managers, some using same questions and then examples of their areas and how I would make a difference
