Interview process is good but very lengthy.
1.Written round
2. 2 Technical
3. Managerial
4.HR
After clearing all rounds, HR asked for payslips and salary certificate and told offer will be released in few days.But after few days HR got fired and every thing got screwed up.As per new HR i have not cleared the last round.
Dont know what is wrong with management but seriously they should look in there hiring process and HR policy..
This kind of ignorance may lead to bad reputation for them
