I had to partake in three different interviews; the first one was a group interview, the second with the assistant manager, and the third with the manager of the store. It was a pretty chill experience, they were all very nice and I felt very comfortable talking to them (it was like talking to friends).
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
The first interview was conducted on Zoom in a group setting, followed by a second in-person one-on-one interview. The second interview took place while walking around the mall, with casual questions asked throughout.

Remote, behavioural based questions where they were looking for STARL responses. Interviewer was friendly and questions were posted in chat for accessibility which was very helpful! There was about 4-5 questions leaving space for me to ask questions at the end as well
