Group interview with about 15 other people. Totally weird. You feel like you're in a 3rd grade classroom. They literally had us go around the room and talk about our goals and an adjective to describe how we were feeling that day. Everyone is basically trying to beat the other person out to get a sentence in.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
