Person conducting the interview was super welcoming and did not come off as initiating at all and made it feel more like a conversation between two people of getting to know someone rather than just a tedious interview.
Met with Director of Operations for a face-to-face interview. It was mostly an informal interview which included a verbal knowledge test of area. Follow-up included questions of management style, availability and how I would handle disciplinary issues.

Had a phone interview a couple days ago. The Human Resources representative was very nice. She was very interested in hearing about my media experience. Waiting to hear back from them.
