Phone interview, teams interview, in person interview. First is with head office recruiter, later two are with actual branch manager. The teams also includes the regional manager. Interview was easy and padding with extra info here.
It was easy and good. Mostly behavioural questions, regarding customer services. Situation based question. There are 2 rounds first with HR and then with regional manager. Whole process takes around 1 month.

Entrevista
- call with recruiter, then an in person meeting with the manager at the branch location. Met the regional manager as well. And did a half day shadowing the manager which was helpful to get an idea of the actual day to day of the job and the pace. Positive experience all around and was quite fast and smooth . The recruiter was super helpful in keeping me informed throughout the process and answering all my questions.
