1. Online Assessment or Aptitude Test
This is usually the first step and may include:
Logical Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude
Data Interpretation
Excel MCQs (shortcuts, formulas,pivot tables)
2. Technical Interview (Round 1)
This is more role-specific and can include:
Writing SQL queries to extract, filter, join data.
Explaining Excel formulas and creating dashboards or pivot reports.
Questions on Data Cleaning, Data Validation, and Reporting
Techniques.
