Entrevista
There is an aptitude test which covers topics on English grammar, our mathematical skills, computer proficiency. There is also a comprehension test. I was asked to write an essay of my choice. Once this round is cleared, HR round is conducted. Last but the most important round is Ops.

Pregunta 1
During the HR round, they ask you about profile. As I was a fresher, mine was pretty simple. She asked whether I am comfortable working in any location (Airoli or Ghatkopar), and also whether I am flexible doing any shift between 6 AM to 10 PM.
Ops round:
Being a fresher and giving an interview for a non finance vertical, a lot of questions were asked to check my knowledge in MS excel.
Jr financial analyst
It takes full day and has 3 rounds
1) HR round...... ( Basic questions on investment banking, trade operations,trade support)
2) Aptitude test round....
3) Operation round.........
Smooth and fast process within 1-2 days. Reached in morning and gave assessment test and after that you will be shortlisted for face to face interview. After completing this you will be given offer letter on the same day to join this company.

Entrevista
The interview was quite well at each level. I i will not say easy or tough but that was quite well. Because interviewers was not the boss during the process. Interview was not totally technical or job oriented but also about the personal experience character interest dedication dream
