If you are serving a customer and you noticed that someone had come in and stole from the shop, what would be your list of actions by priority order?
Phone interview roughly 10 minutes. Then in person for about 20-30 minutes. Fairly standard and straight forward, just definitely do research on company values beforehand and use your common sense to answer the questions on safety and dealing with customers etc

Was a 15-20 minute 1-1 interview in the office of the petrol station, with the branch manager. Interview was friendly and focused on asking previous experience and the importance of bp's core values/safety.
