Intense but fun. Questions to be answered are for measuring your level of passion and commitment to the company. Your physical appearance, posture, and choice of words all are paid close attention to. The all female environment create a very healthy sense of fashion competition.
usual and basic, not much different from getting hired at any other retail store. But they acted like they are better then everyone, which is a bit too much as they made you buy their clothes to wear.
Quick process, district manager interviewed me. I was notified within a week that i was selected for the position so quick turn around. Stipulated I must pass a credit check. All positions supervisor and up must go through credit check.

Was interviewed by district manager only. Was promoted from co manager position. It was a phone interview, and we interviewed about 3 times. I never had an interview with anyone else but I had previously met the regional director at another time.
