You must interview with the Executive VP, which is a great experience. Must interview with the Region MGMT who are seasoned and well equiped to lead 20-30 BM's. There were 2 interviews the process is quick and efficient. The work culture is conservative and rightfully so; Zion's protects client's money as if it were the Holy Grail.
