The recruiter who straight up lied to me about the entire job itself and lied to me about my ramping commission blocked me on linkedin after I confronted her about it once I put in my two weeks. Totally shows how immoral and the disgusting behavior of their employees. The entire process is god awful, they expect you to learn about the values that they definitely DO NOT practice and tons of behavioral questions. I worked so hard to prep for this interview spent so much time and crushed it only to be completely heartbroken once I started the job and found out I wasnt going to be paid out any commission during ramp like my recruiter had promised as well as the entire role itself being insanely micomanaging she actually told me I wouldnt have to make 150 dials a day which according to showcase management is "bare minimum expectations" Bottom line you should RUN if you have an interview with zillow or be prepared to be offered an entirely different role and job then the one you are interviewing for.
