I submitted a application in Nov of 2011 and I received my first phone interview in DEc of 2011, My second phone interview in January of 2012. My first and last face to face interview in April of 2012. Its a long drawn out process.

Interview was very cordial and direct. Great report with the manager who provided details of daily work, expectations and goals. Prior to the interview there a phone and email communication with the recruiter who asked key questions to qualify if you are candidate. After meeting face to face with the manager there was an offer provided one week after the interview.
