The interview process was disjointed. Volunteer recruiters were coming and going and didn't seem to communicate with one another to move the process along. I went through the entire interview process all the way to the VP and was told I'd hear back in a couple days about a decision. I followed up with the recruiter two days later and the e-mail bounced. Because I didn't have any other contact information I decided follow up with the recruiter, VP, and HR on Linkedin. I heard nothing ever from anyone. These people are unorganized, inconsiderate, unprofessional and unethical.

The interview hovers mostly around your resume with a special emphasis on the previous work experience. A few questions to test your ability to assimilate and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
