I applied online for this position. I received the first email from HR after 2 months. My first interview was with the hiring manager for 30-45 mins. The round went very well and I got HR feedback that I am the top candidate in the pool. The next two rounds were scheduled immediately. Both the rounds were for 30 mins but the questions were lasted for 15 mins hardly. No major questions on program management. No feedback or reply from the recruiter after these two rounds.
