Overall, it was a very good experience. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and communicative, and the interviews felt more like conversations than formal assessments. I went through four stages: an introductory call, an interview with the hiring manager, and two technical interviews (one focused on Python + SQL and another on statistics). The final step would have been a conversation with a stakeholder (a Performance Marketing Manager), but unfortunately I was informed by the TA partner that the position was frozen due to budget constraints. Despite this, I truly enjoyed the process and hope to be considered again in the future, as I remain very interested in this position!
