Initial test has 4 sections, no negative marking, limited time for each section and minimum number of mandatory attempts per section. This is simplest of the process and is perfectly easy to clear. After that there is the group discussion. HR people were pleasant during the GD round even though the candidates were creating quite some pandemonium. I didn't make it any further, though I happen to know there is case study and behavioral interview after that.
Phone screening > 2 case study interviews + personality/fit/general interview > offer. There was 3 month gap between phone screening and getting offered the first interview which was not the most ideal.

Entrevista
Very pleasant and straight forward. Consisted of 2 rounds - the first one being one case, and the second being two case interviews and one behavioral. You have about a week notice between rounds, which gives time to prep. There are also practice cases online that help a lot!
