it is so easy to answer questions so there is no any bad things i faced when i am in the interview with them. so i would like to recommend you to work with them with your favorite position
start with technical interview may be two or three followed by interview with CEO. In interview it may ask you to walk through an application you have developed. Also there can be a practical test as well asking to implement solution in a given time frame.
