Multi step process with first round being an hour of information about the company and position for several applicants in each go. Followed by a one on one meeting with the CEO to discuss the position responsibilities more in depth and understand if there’s a fit. Final round would be meeting the account manager lead but I didn’t make it to that stage this time around.
