Very Professional interview. Interview process was straight forward. Great people work there and it was a pleasant experience. Response time was quick as well. The interview process started with a phone interview and then office interviews about a week later.

The many aspects of the interview process allowed different candidates to demonstrate different skills and strengths which in a single form of interview limits people's capacity to obtain a fair interview process.

Overall wasn't too bad, but they ghosted me after making it past the third round of interviews. First round was a phone screen, second round was a video interview, and the last round was back-to-back video interviews (3 people).
- Standard graphic design related questions. At one point was asked a lot about UX even though that wasn't part of the job description.

I completed three rounds of interviews. Round 1 with HR was fine, very nice all arranged professionally and was a basic background chat and overview of next steps. Round 2 was with a senior member of the organisation which was an extremely enjoyable interview if there is such a thing. Discussed the role, experience and industry knowledge, the interview ran well over time as we both clicked and I was very encouraged by that conversation that the role would be a good fit. Round 3 is were it turned sour. Two interviewers, one being late, the other one barely spoke to me while we waited. Neither had read my CV, e.g. one interviewer asked why I had job hopped so much, this despite being in my current role at the time +8 years, all prior roles were ~2-3 years. The first questions were on APIs for which I had not indicated that I had any knowledge on in my CV and were not in the job spec, I mentioned this and still the questions continued to be on this topic. I got the impression neither interviewers wanted to be there and I really felt like they went out of their way to demonstrate this. A bit like a zoom meeting where people are working on other things. The interview was led primarily by one person, towards the end the second interviewer added a few comments about my CV and experience that indicated that I did not have the specific expertise they needed, this despite me ticking every box on the job description not only by my reckoning but also by the round 2 interviewer and the HR person. That was some time ago, I see the role is still posted and I recall at the time I applied it had been posted for some time already. Having spoken by chance to an ex employee I've been advised that I dodged the bullet on this particular role and organisation.

I applied online and was contacted through email to set up a phone interview. The woman interviewing me sounded kind of catty and monotone. She asked about my background and my salary requirements. Pretty easy interview but didn't realize it was a 3 month position so I declined.

Recruiter called me for the initial process. Then there was a coding test. It took some time to complete the test but it was comparatively easy and followed by phone screen.

Recruiter called that morning had interview in evening. Both HR Manager and Vice President met with me took roughly 30 minutes. Was a really pleasant interview. They were very kind I was not left waiting long to go in. They were very prepared and asked good questions that were not too difficult.

The process was straightforward at the beginning. Began with an initial phone screening with a recruiter who was very kind, clear and very knowledgeable about the role. Even gave advice about things the hiring manager is looking for (always helpful). First phone interview with hiring manager was not challenging - although it seemed there was some ambiguity to be determined about what sort of role they needed this function to focus on initially off the bat (a wide ranging marketing leadership role). Was invited for an on-site which consisted of several discussions 1:1 with several leaders. The vibe taken away was that a good partnership could be forged and it seemed my candidacy was more than viable. Recruiter mentioned it'd be a week before I could find out the results. Another week passed and I was told the team needed more time. By the time I connected with the recruiter about two weeks after my on-site, the recruiter told me the team did not want to pursue me because there were simply more qualified candidates they wanted to pursue. It was also recommended I'd be a good individual contributor (though I was applying for, and currently am, in a marketing leadership role) - which seemed odd given my credentials and the discussions I had. The feedback seemed a bit hollow, though, as just a few days later they reposted the position and have been still trying to recruit for it. At the end of the day, it sounds like I simply was not just the right fit, which is okay, but I do prefer more timeliness and professional feedback about where exactly the fit was not right in, especially when offering an entire afternoon (plus preparation) for discussions was given on my part.

The interview process was very efficient and timely. It was a combination of phone sessions, on-line web conferencing and in-person interviews. The entire process was very professional and a pleasure to experience.

HR contacted me via LinkedIn, kept in regular contact and moved to interview quickly. Two weeks after the interview HR emailed to apologise for the delay in making a decision and said it’s a busy time for the company plus they expected an outcome in a couple of days. Never heard from them again. Gave a poor impression of the company culture. There were two interviews back to back, with different people, yet most of the questions were the same in both interviews. For this reason I found the second interview uncomfortable and odd. Got the impression this role is as much about leadership as it is about coordinating projects.
