From the beginning, the recruiters hired by Yandex approached me and expressed interest in my profile. They promptly scheduled an interview, demonstrating efficiency and responsiveness. During the interview process with Yandex, I had the chance to speak with both the line department manager (Legal) and a representative from HR. The interviews were thorough, and I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my skills, experience, and potential fit for the role. However, my disappointment stems from the fact that I did not receive any communication from Yandex after the interviews. nor from the recruiters.
