Conducted an online Zoom interview that lasted about an hour. Was on a call with 3 staff members and they each rotated in asking questions. Nothing too out of the ordinary was asked.
Its consists of zoom interviews with program directors and supervisors. Questions include behavioral, background specific and experiences related questions, why us and this position, long-term short-term career goals and interests, personal interests, questions for them.
