Just go to church with the coordinator and be of her specific type of employee and you are hired. There is alot of incompetent questions presented and you can tell the person doing the interviewing is bored and really not interested in you at all, unless you fit her specific profile which I did not.
Short Sweet and to the point. They want to hear what you have learned while you were a temp. They were very quiet and expected me to elaborate on several questions that they had.

I was shocked that the Hiring Director did my interview in the lobby of the facility. I felt like it didn't matter that I was there because it did not feel like a real interview. It did not feel like a professional interview. The process was so rushed that it did not seem like they were really interested in me as a person, only hiring someone to fill a empty slot.
