I learnt about the open position through a recruiter. Initially had a Phone screening with Manager for 30 min and was asked about basic concepts of testing, they tried to verify if i would fit to their work culture. followed by a panel interview with manager and 2 leads. They ask qs based on your resume and experience. make sure you are well prepared with all the points in your resume
