worst experience, I was asked if I worked on certain technology and framework and based on that this guy says ohh we need someone with this years of exp. this specific tech. He could have got that information from resume itself. No regard for someone's time and talent. The interview process is prejudiced.

it was good. there were two rounds of interviews. one technical second manageral. one should attend it. the process difference from post to post and even got good salary hike.
