Entrevista
Decided to go ahead and apply. Profile was retained so prior to the 1st face to face meeting had to fill in a 2/3 pages format similar to a Cv but containing additional information. Then went ahead with the interview. JD has been detailed to me by the Talent Acquisition manager then along with the Sera Delivery lead of the Geo, proceeded to tge questions that referenved to my career journey but also specific to operational aspects, complex cases and how they were managed by myself. Role played on specific cases and my approach to quality was appreciated.

Entrevista
Phone Interview with recruiter to make sure that you have the right skills and experience. Next will be with the head of Talent placement. Face to face - asking general questions about work history, past salary, past responsibilities. Final will be with hiring manager. Be prepared because it will be very quick, to the point and non professional. Very condescending, asking either rhetorical questions or questions that only an internal employee could answer. Very combative and dismissive as well. My best guess is that he wasn't trained well nor have adapted to western civilization as his views were middle specific to middle eastern .
