The interview itself was positive, very friendly and easy to talk to. However, it took FIVE WEEKS to hear back! During this time I was told twice that an update was 'coming soon'. Don't seem to care about the candidates or their time at all.

How would you deal with an author who was not producing the work they had agreed to do as per their contract?
A short but good interview process, including a call with HR and one with the prospective boss. I was offered the position within a few weeks of starting the application process.

What experience do you have with customer service?
Not a formal interview, but an introductory call. Was great to learn about the company and expectations for the role even if it ended up not being the right fit for me.

The interview was quick and not very informational. I felt like I was just some other name to be crossed off the list. They also never told me that I wasn't chosen until after I asked them.
