The process started with two rounds of interviews with HR people about 3 weeks apart. I After 5 weeks I interviewed in person with a panel of 4-5 people and was asked written out questions. I also had to do a 2 hour case study. The weakness is that the questions were all standardized and their was no prompting, request for elaboration or comment from the interviewees - they just took notes stoicly.
