I had an exploding offer from another company and Whatnot accommodated me by expediting my interview process. It consisted of multiple interviews, each with a different focus. They addressed coding, system design, product sense, and one for Whatnot's principles. The process was smooth and feedback was fast at each stage in the process.

The coding question centered around being able to detect inappropriate messages from an input stream.
Very kind, efficient. Everyone was very communicative ands the whole process went smoothly. Very open to schedule as needed for the many rounds to go through. Would recommend trying to apply.

It had 4 rounds - Tech screen, Coding, System Design, Product Sense.
They were standard except for product sense round, which was discussion.
The interviewers were kind, and supportive. Overall good experience.
