After submitting resume through the website was initially contacted by email to arrange an initial phone interview. Phone interview was basic information, wages, experience and qualifications and expectations. After that a personal interview was setup. The interview was with the base manager, one of the leads and a representative from HR department. It was conducted in a very friendly, casual and professional manner. An official job offer was received a week after the interview.

I applied online and received an email to schedule an in person interview following week. STARS format, behavioral, technical questions. 1 hr long. prepare for situational questions and ready to give examples

Entrevista
Very extensive and thorough interview using the STARS format. Alot of behavioral questions as well as a recorded interview via your phone. Friendly interviewers. Logbook was also reviewed. After the interview a physical and drug test were done.

Applied online got an Email saying that there will be a phone interview which was based on personality test mostly.After that they fly you to Calgary and do a panel interview which is basically a behaviourial based interview no technical questions for AME'S.Once done they will call your references and after that got the job.
