First there was a screening out from an outsoursed recruitment company, then I did 4 interviews with senior management (from the global CFO to my direct would-be boss), after that there was the final interview with an external expert HR psichologist.

The whole process was quite long but fairly conversational. The last interview was decisive and it included a Rorschach test as well as other psichotechnical tests.
