First you have to pass the work test, which they send to you by email and you have one hour to return it. Then if they like you, you'll move on to the next round of phone interviews. After that, you'll be asked to come into the office for a tour and another interview.

The interview process consisted of a phone conversation with the recruiter and then an zoom interview with a couple of people in management. It went pretty decently, but I could tell pretty early on that they weren't interested in my candidacy.
