Multiple rounds of interviews, each with a higher position. The first round is a screening with HR, followed with an interview with your direct manager, and finally with the department head. There were also written exercises to be completed during the HR interivew.

As varied as PR usually goes, interviews are usually dynamic and depends on the hiring manager/supervisor that assesses you. Answering honestly is probably the most important thing there is to it as the interview is where they place you into suitable teams.
