The interview process is a phone screening to begin. After that it is a 1:1 setting with 2-3 individuals asking questions.
Behavioral Based. Specific examples actions and results are what is being looked for. Anything that is vague regarding the question is going to be re-asked in a different way to try and get more of a specitfic example.
The interview process took over 2 months but was offered the position after multiple rounds of interviews. There was a case study but I’ve heard they’re moving away from these
Interview with hiring manager and then panel interview. HR will then reach out with details of the offer. The entire process is slow and can take multiple months to complete hiring.
Meet with way too many people, all who asked me the same questions. I didn't get to ask questions, the cases they have are way too long and cumbersome to be done well in a 45 mins interview.
