First you do a relatively standard online application. This application has a background check authorization included, which will then be processed after the application is complete. You then come in for an initial interview with a store manager. They ask you some questions then give you a time to come back for a follow up interview. That interview will be with a shift lead and possibly another crew member.

Hiring process was fairly easy. Hiring manager was very nice and helpful. You are required to be able to work weekends half of the time .. some of the questions you are asked in your interview make you think alittle hard but it's easy
