It was pretty lengthy and started training a day later. Although this was for a new store so i am not sure if that was why. We had a phone interview and everybody seemed nice , the next day i came in for an in person interview with 2 more people and gave my information to the manager to get the paper work done on starting. 2 days after my background check and everything went through so i started working the next day with my computer training.

Interview was short and rather easy going. The interviewer knew it was my first time going through one, so they also provided tips to me. Interviewer asked me some questions about my availability and how do I commute.

Very Easy, Basically what is a situation you had to over come, how to team work, ect. Honestly, don't be weird and you're hired. They wont tell you on the spot, but a call back within 48 hours.

How did you over come a situation in which you didn't agree with?
Pretty simple process. Applied online and Met with manager of the store and discussed job, schedule, and expectations. It was for a store position so nothing too earth shattering. Came with a few questions about advancement options in the store
