Practically nonexistent. There were no questions asked, its more of a hire on the spot kind of thing. They hire and fire so many people daily that they dont really go into detail trying to get to know you. plus after 6 months if your fired you can get rehired.
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
